Overview:

Trunac is a combination topical medication that contains an antimicrobials Clindamycine Phosphate & a retinoid Tretinoin. This combination medication is used to treat acne. It helps decrease the number and severity of acne pimples and helps pimples that do develop to heal more quickly. Tretinoin belongs to a class of medications called retinoids. It works by affecting the growth of skin cells. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of bacteria that cause acne. There is no recommended dosage for pediatric patients under 12 years of age.
